The Droneresponders Public Safety Alliance is a fast growing international non-profit programme focused on all aspects of public safety unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). It provides information to support the enabling of drones for good, countering drones for bad and air traffic management.
Operating throughout the US and across the world, Droneresponders launches UAS to help to deal with various types of emergencies and incidents.
More and more organisations continue to embrace UAS for public safety missions so the Droneresponders' ranks are growing daily.
Droneresponders was founded in order to unite these new aerial first responders, emergency managers, and search and rescue specialists. Its objective is to help learn, train, and test with one another, with the ultimate goal of realising the potential of using drones for public safety.
The Droneresponders programme is led by Chief Charles Werner (ret) who serves as the Director.
