Dr Josune Hernantes

Josune Hernantes is a researcher in the Department of Management of TECNUN, and a lecturer of Computer Science, Enterprise Information Systems and Software Engineering at Tecnun, the Engineering School of the University of Navarra in San Sebastian, Spain. She obtained her MS in Computer Science (2003) from the University of Basque Country, Spain. In 2008 she received her PhD from the University of Navarra, Spain.
Her main research and technical interests are in the fields of crisis management, simulation methodologies, collaborative methodologies and information systems. Her PhD was about virtual reality, collision detection and haptic rendering.

She has participated in 7 research projects, both Spanish and International. She is author or co-author of 7 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals.
