Barbara Carby

Dr Barbara Carby is the Director General of the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management in Jamaica. Her contributions to the field include working in Jamaica and Belize, and working as consultant to several international institutions. She was Vice Chair of the United Nations Scientific and Technical Committee for the IDNDR and has served on several Regional Committees.
