Amee Morgans

Dr Amee Morgans is the Executive Director Operations Support at Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (ESTA). ESTA answers approximately 7,000 calls for emergency ser-vices support each day and provides resource allocation functionality for Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria, fire services and State Emergency Service. ESTA also manages state telecommunications infrastructure contracts.

The ESTA Operations Support Department provides a critical link between operations and corporate services to manage enterprise risk and enable high-performing operational service delivery to the community. Functions include demand forecasting, rosters and scheduling, data and analytics, quality management, business continuity and resilience and operations strategic initiatives.
