28Andy Marshall is GPO Group Director – Business Continuity Management at AstraZeneca, former Senior Manager, Business Continuity at Rolls-Royce, and former Director of Civil Contingencies at Staffordshire Civil Contingencies Unit, UK.

Based in the UK, Andy is responsible for co-ordinating Business Continuity activity across the Astra Zeneca Group, including the provision of Second Line of Defence Assurance capability. 

Andy is an accomplished and respected authority in the fields of risk management, resilience, multi-agency crisis response, security and business continuity planning. He has a proven track record of delivery in front line public sector partnerships and private sector consultancy roles at UK sub-national and national levels and an extensive track record of international authorship and publication. A qualified Gold Commander, Exercise Evaluator and Peer Reviewer, Andy has previous Military and international experience and has lived in both the United States and Japan.
