David Wales joins the CRJ Advisory Panel
The CRJ team is very pleased to welcome David who is a valued author and contributor to the journal. We are very much looking forward to working with him on many and varied projects.
David is the Founder of SharedAim Ltd, an innovative customer experience consultancy established to help organisations design and deliver human-centred services.
He is an Advisor to the Avoidable Deaths Network and was recently appointed as Lead of Programme to develop a design competition for the World Humanitarian Forum, in which he will be participating on May 19-20, 2021.
