Ed Blakely
Edward J Blakely is professor of urban policy at the United States Studies Centre at the University of Sydney. He was the director of recovery for Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans and played key roles in two disasters in Oakland, California and Los Angeles and New York 9-11, as well as consulting with other nations on post disaster management.
