Belinda Ekornås
Belinda holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Bergen, Norway. She has contributed to, and published articles in international journals. Her paper for the Master Degree examined how a Bridge Resource Management (BRM) course affected decision-making under stress in Norwegian naval defense teams. She has worked as a Clinical Psychologist, focusing on strategies for better emotional and cognitive stress regulation in youth. Currently, she works as a special advisor in The Regional Centres – Violence, Trauma and Suicide Prevention (RVTS East, Oslo).
