This will consist of an alternating monthly event, with webinars hosted by ISRM and podcasts hosted by CRJ. The first is a webinar on February 14, 2022, entitled Towards Covid Year 3: Personal Health and Mental Wellbeing

The last two years have seen unprecedented levels of stress across every aspect of our society. Whether it is job losses, personal finances, family pressures, caring for sick relatives, lockdown, living with children or one of a hundred other possible issues, the build-up of stress – often unnoticed, but equally often life-changing in its intensity – has been unrelenting.

There has been little notice taken of this, and most people have been left to get on with life, despite a never ending background of anxiety that can be corrosive and soul destroying.

This webinar will bring together three leaders in their fields, each of whom have been intimately involved in engaging with issues of stress in our Covid-19 world, and who have seen at first hand the effects that it can have on individuals, families and the wider community in general.

Speakers:
Dr Mike Rennie, Senior Lecturer, Royal Military Academy Sandhurst
Professor Tracy Daszkiewicz, Director of Public Health
Magdalena Lind, Founder of Metis Services

Join us for a roundtable discussion on one of the most striking issues of the Covid landscape, the consequences of which will continue to be at the forefront of our daily struggle as we enter into the third year of the Covid-19 pandemic.
